With the progress of ironmaking technology, the blast furnace has developed to a large scale. The blast furnace tapping channel is a key part of the blast furnace slag-iron separation channel. The cast iron channel castables play a very important role in the safe and smooth operation of blast furnace ironmaking. Iron ditch castables are required to have good erosion resistance and excellent spalling resistance. Existing technology Large and medium-sized blast furnace tapping work linings generally use Al2O3-SiC-C low-quality cement castables, and the service life is usually 150,000 to 200,000 tons of iron flux. The work lining material of the iron ditch faces the following problems. First, it is not only subject to the erosion of high-temperature slag iron, but also subject to the thermal shock of the slag iron flow. The loss is faster and the maintenance period is long, which affects the normal and safe production of the blast furnace; The iron flux of the iron and steel ditch of the large and medium-sized blast furnaces with a capacity of more than 10,000 tons. Under such circumstances, there is an urgent need to develop a series of high-temperature sintering performance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and high temperature slag-iron scouring performance of the iron groove material.
